Adam Levine has a new Angel to love!

The Maroon 5 frontman and his wife, Namibian model Behati Prinsloo, welcomed their first child — daughter Dusty Rose Levine — on Wednesday, Sept. 21 in California, his rep confirms to PEOPLE.

Levine, 37, married Prinsloo, 27, in 2014 after two years of dating. PEOPLE learned the couple were expecting in March, with the sex of their baby being revealed in April.

Both the Victoria’s Secret Angel and her husband have been using Instagram to show off the blossoming stages of the former — and latter’s! — baby bump.

“#impregnanttoo,” PEOPLE’s former Sexiest Man Alive hashtagged a silly Instagram post of the pair sticking out their bellies together in a May mirror selfie.

The following month, Levine shared a stunning black-and-white snap of a topless Prinsloo showing off her bump, captioning the shot with one simple yet fitting word: “YOWZA.”

“We’re just gonna jump in, and just try to figure it out,” The Voice coach said in April about how he and Prinsloo plan to tackle new parenthood.

Levine added that he wasn’t nervous, but admitted that will probably change when his daughter arrived, saying, “I’ll probably be a lot more freaked out when I see the baby and I’m like, ‘Oh, there’s a baby now!’ ”

Though Dusty is the first child for the couple, starting a family is something that has been on the top of their priority list for a long time.

“I want to have 100 kids,” Levine said in August 2014. “I want to have more kids than is socially responsible.”

America’s Next Top Model winner Lisa D’Amato welcomed the support of her husband, friends and the world into her delivery room when the birth of her second son was recorded on Facebook Live.

The model’s friend went live on Thursday night, sharing a 28-minute long video of before, during and after D’Amato’s son Venice Sire was born. Before she started pushing, D’Amato asked for a few things.

“Everyone out of my vagina, okay?” she asked her friends in the room before singing John Mayer‘s “Your Body Is a Wonderland.”

“Venice is coming! Only after 14 hours,” D’Amato, 35, said in the video. “I’m really excited. And I only gained 50 instead of 80, so that’s cool.”

And even as her pregnancy came to an end, D’Amato still had some cravings.

“Now, I’m just wondering what I’m gonna eat after this,” she said. “I don’t know if I’m gonna get crispy chicken tacos, pizza or Crustacean’s garlic noodles.”

D’Amato let the Facebook community in on the entire event, even sharing some conversations with her doctors and the “Ow, ow, ow”s of her delivery.

After just a few pushes, D’Amato — and her Facebook live viewers — saw her son for the first time.

“Oh, my God … Hi baby!” she said. “Oh my God. Hi, baby. Hi. Hi, baby. It’s your mommy. I’m your mama.”

Baby Venice was not crying, and the doctor then took him away to check up on the newborn. D’Amato started to cry, and moments later, her son joins the tearful scene.

“That was like three pushes,” the proud mom said. “Venice is here! I can breathe and I don’t have heartburn. It’s amazing.”

The newly minted mother of two was eager to hold her baby, and made some jokes about the size of his head.

“Where’s my baby?” she said. “Does he look like a conehead?”

She continued to express her pride in the few pushes it required to welcome baby Venice into the world, and the video even captured the doctor tending to her placenta.

“It looks like a giant liver!” someone in the room said about the placenta.

D’Amato then compared her first son Daxel Vaughn‘s birth to her second.

“No tears?” she asked after the doctor confirmed there was no tearing during the birth. “It hurt so bad last time, oh my gosh.”

And D’Amato’s husband Adam Friedman was thrilled to welcome their second child.

“I feel good,” Friedman said. “Two boys. And he’s healthy.”

With her son born, D’Amato was eager for the next delivery — of food.

“I want Crustacean’s,” she said, referring to the Beverly Hills eatery known for its famous garlic noodle dish. “It’s really close … Is it bad to eat shellfish right after having a baby?”

It’s a Fresh Prince for Tatyana Ali!

The actress and singer gave birth to her first child, a son, on Friday, Sept. 16, her rep confirms to PEOPLE.

The baby boy is the first child for Ali, 37, and her new husband, Dr. Vaughn Rasberry.

The couple were married in an intimate Beverly Hills ceremony on July 16.

Rasberry and Ali, who have been together about two years, announced their engagement and pregnancy news in March.

“We’re reading the books, imagining, dreaming out loud,” the actress told PEOPLE in April. “A lot of just wondering who this person is going to be, who this person is, and you don’t really know until they’re here. We’re ready for the adventure!”

Ali has also blogged for PEOPLE throughout the later stages of her pregnancy — first by sharing why she wanted to keep her first child’s sex a mystery until her delivery day.

“Friends and family have so much to say about our choice, but we wouldn’t have it any other way,” she wrote in May. “It is so much fun to have people guessing and betting when they are around us.”

Ali has also been generous about the details of the journey she and Rasberry have been on during her first pregnancy — including her newfound sense of superhero-mom intuition.

“It’s so overwhelming, the responsibility, the transformation, preparing for childbirth,” she wrote in June. “How would my life change?

“I can actually feel my superhuman gene switching on,” she added. “Senses heightened, split awareness, nesting in full effect, achieving bra sizes and levels of organization I have never reached before, a drive to put the needs of my child before myself??!! This is just the beginning!”

It’s a girl for former Laguna Beach cast member Morgan Smith!

The MTV reality series alum and her husband, Joel, welcomed their second child, daughter Georgia, on Saturday, Sept. 24.

“She’s here! Welcome to the world baby girl. We love you more than you know,” Smith, who gave birth at Newport Beach’s Hoag Hospital, shared in an Instagram photo on Monday.

“Introducing our sweet, Georgia! 9 lbs., 11 oz., 21 inches. Born 9.24.16 (our anniversary). We are smitten,” Smith shared of another picture three days after giving birth.

On Tuesday, the actor posted a sweet picture of his newborn son, Logan, on Instagram, reclining against his dog.

“These two are going to learn a lot from each other,” Page, 39, wrote in the caption. “Welcome to the world, my son Logan.”

Page and his wife, Cassidy Boesch, married in November 2014 in a villa just outside of Santa Barbara, California. He posted a photo of the two on their wedding day, writing, “Making it official.”

It’s a Broadway baby boy!

Kinky Boots alum Annaleigh Ashford and husband Joe Tapper welcomed their first child — a son — on Thursday, Sept. 8, her rep confirms to PEOPLE exclusively.

Born at 6:36 a.m. in Los Angeles, Jack Clark Tapper weighed in at 7 lbs., 3 oz., and measured 21 inches long.

“There are no words to describe our joy when we first met our Jack,” the couple tell PEOPLE.

Jack is technically an only child for now, but joins Ashford and Tapper’s dog Gracie to round out the household.

The pair, who tied the knot in 2013, confirmed the exciting news exclusively to PEOPLE in May.

“We are so excited to be having a little boy,” Ashford, 31, said at the time. “Now we’ll finally have a place to put all of Joe’s St. Louis Cardinals memorabilia.”

The Tony-winning actress, who will next star as Columbia in FOX’s televised musical version of The Rocky Horror Picture Show on Oct. 20, has a new little man whose eyes she can keep in the back of her mind if she’s away from him for a while.

“Joe has really magical eyes and an amazing face,” Ashford told The New York Times of her husband in 2013 shortly after they were wed. “Right away, he sparkled and smiled at me. When we are away from each other for a long time, I can always see his eyes.

“We hung out that whole night, until the wee hours of morning,” she added, recounting the first night they met. “I was always waiting to meet someone where it felt right, like the stars were aligned. I thought, ‘This is it.’ ”

And Jack is in luck, because his parents sound like quite the fun pair, taking off of work every year for Ashford’s birthday just to spend a day at Six Flags together — just the two of them (which is surely likely to turn into the three of them once Jack is old enough).

Angela Simmons is officially a mom!

The daughter of Run-D.M.C’s Rev. Run took to Instagram to announce the arrival of her first child, a baby boy, on Thursday.

“The best part of life has just begun #Motherhood #ImSoInLove,” the first-time mom captioned a photo of her holding her newborn son.

Simmons, 29, is a hip hop socialite, model and fashion designer, and most recently starred in the WeTV reality series Growing Up Hip Hop.

In the weeks leading up to Simmons’ son’s big debut, the reality star was showered with love during a regal-themed baby bash.

“Today was filled so much love … Friends and family !!! Wow thank you everyone who came today,” the mom-to-be wrote alongside a photo of her posing in front of the cake table during the shower.

Speculations about Simmons’ pregnancy began in early May, and she confirmed the news on Instagram later that month.

“We are overjoyed and super excited to receive a blessing this big! Starting a family was something that I could have only dreamed of,” Simmons captioned a photo of her baby bump.

In June, the mom-to-be shared a snap of her ultrasound — and simultaneously announced the sex of her baby on the way. “I can’t wait to kiss your little toes baby boy,” she wrote.

A month before her official pregnancy reveal, Simmons took to social media to announce her engagement.

“YES!! I couldn’t be more excited. This is only something I could of only dreamed of. I’m over the moon and feeling so blessed to be able to share my life with the one I truly love. Everything happened in the most perfect way,” she wrote on Instagram.

And baby makes four for Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds!

The actors have welcomed their second child, a source confirms to PEOPLE.

Lively gave birth in New York. No further details — including the baby’s sex and name — are known. Reps for the couple could not be reached for comment.

The new addition joins big sister James, 22 months.

A source close to Lively, 29, confirmed to PEOPLE in April that she and Reynolds, 39, were expecting baby number two.

The Gossip Girl alum made her baby bump debut at the 2016 Cannes Film Festival in May, when she stepped out for the premiere of her film Café Society — whose New York City premiere she also attended in July, outfitting her growing bump in a beautiful gray and pink dress.

In fact, Lively was quite the maternity style maven to watch throughout her second pregnancy, from her numerous fit-for-royalty gowns at Cannes to the premieres for her summer films, including her survival thriller The Shallows.

Both Reynolds and Lively come from big families and have shared their hopes for a big family of their own.

“I’m one of five kids. My husband is one of four, so we’re officially breeders,” Lively joked on the Today show in June. “You can go on our website and we will give you some of our children.”

The actress also told Marie Claire earlier that month that she wants to give her kids a “nice, normal upbringing.”

“We don’t ever want to rob them of what we had because then we’d feel really selfish,” she said, adding that, “All my eggs are in one basket, and that’s my family.”

Deadpool star Reynolds is no doubt excited to be a second-time dad.

“I don’t have to prepare to be wrapped around my daughter‘s finger,” the former Sexiest Man Alive told PEOPLE of James for a February cover story. “I have been wrapped around her little finger since the day she plopped out into this world.”

And regardless of whether the couple’s second child had been a boy or a girl, the new dad of two — who has three older brothers — would have been equally overjoyed.

“I would love to have a little boy at some point, but I would not be an unhappy man if I had a six-person soccer team of girls,” he joked to PEOPLE and Entertainment Weekly Editorial Director Jess Cagle in April.

Master pastry chef Jacques Torres and his wife, chocolatier Hasty Torres, welcomed son Pierre Torres in New York City on Friday, Aug. 19, at 8:57 a.m., his rep confirms to PEOPLE.

Baby Pierre weighed in at 6 lbs., 3 oz. and measured 18.7 inches at birth.

“By far my most precious creation I’ve ever made arrived on Friday morning, just when our warm chocolate croissants were coming out of the oven,” the new dad, 57, wrote on Instagram.

“Meet my son Pierre, he completes my life. Merci Wifey @madame_chocolat I love you!” he added, tacking on the hashtags, “#MyLittleBonbon,” “#ChocolatePrince,” “#PrincePierre” and “#BeauàCroquer.”

Pierre is the first child for the couple, who were married in 2007. Jacques, who grew up in France and began opening his own shops in 2000, has nine stores in the New York City area.

According to The Observer, the couple recently expanded their home base to make space for their new arrival, with Jacques selling his Hell’s Kitchen condo in favor of a 2,500-square-foot space on the Upper East Side.

“He’s such a great person,” Dennis Ding, a broker for N.Y.C. real-estate firm Nest Seekers, told The Observer in March of Jacques. “They’re so happy! A new apartment and a new baby!”

Captain Paul Watson just added a new member to his crew!

Watson and Yana were married on Valentine’s Day last year in Paris, France. In May, the new father took to Instagram to share that his wife was expecting.

“We are happy to announce that Yana is four months pregnant with our son,” he wrote. “We planned for and patiently waited for this moment together. We feel happy and privileged to give birth to this future little warrior. My wife is doing well and is very happy to be pregnant and we are both looking forward to the birth in late September.”

Candice Swanepoel has a new little angel!

The Victoria’s Secret model and her fiancé Hermann Nicoli welcomed their first child, a boy named Anacã. Swanepoel’s photographer friend Jerome Duran was the first to announce the birth on Instagram Friday writing, “THE MOST BEAUTIFUL MAMA Congratulations!!@angelcandices @hermannicoli Welcome Anacã!!! Already sooo much LOVE for you and the new family.”

The South African beauty, who has been photographed multiple times showing off her adorable baby bump, shared the news of her pregnancy on Instagram in March. And her baby boy’s name was first revealed when she posted several photos from her safari-themed baby shower.

The Glee and 30 Rock star, 41, welcomed twins Willow and Ethan with husband Jason Landau. On Friday, the proud new dad took to Instagram to share his overwhelming joy.

It’s a boy for Scott MacIntyre!

The season 8 American Idol finalist became a dad for the first time on Wednesday, Sept. 21, his rep confirms to PEOPLE exclusively.

His wife Christina gave birth to a baby boy they named Christian Scott MacIntyre at 12:05 a.m., in Franklin, Tennessee. The couple’s first child was born weighing 6 lbs., 6 oz.

MacIntyre was born blind and previously underwent a kidney transplant at the age of 22 after he was diagnosed with kidney failure in his late teens. And last June, he was suffering from kidney failure again when a stranger offered to anonymously donate a kidney to the singer, which allowed him to become a dad.

“I am so grateful to my kidney donor for giving me my health back and allowing us to create this new life,” MacIntyre, 31, tells PEOPLE. “Being a dad is already so rewarding, and I am treasuring this special time with Christina and our son.”

Adds Christina, “I have always wanted to be a mom, and Christian is a beautiful gift. He is a calm and easygoing little guy just like his dad!”

“It’s crazy,” MacIntyre told PEOPLE exclusively in April. “It was not possible for us to have a baby while I was in kidney failure, so my donor not only gave me the gift of life but also allowed us to create a new life.”

In June, the MacIntyres shared the sex of their baby by displaying the message, “Our mini Mac is a boy!” on a black chalkboard.

And the couple posted another update at 33 weeks, adding that their baby was the size of a pineapple.

“We’re getting so excited to meet this little guy soon #minimac,” Christina wrote in an Instagram post of her growing baby belly.

Prior to finding out the sex of their baby, the couple had already picked out names for both a boy and a girl.

“We have had thoughts about what each would be like — to have both a boy and a girl — but we are grateful to have whatever God blesses us with,” MacIntyre said in April. “Now that I have my transplant and have my health back, I’m so looking forward to this new chapter with Christina and our baby.”

It’s a summer to remember for Eric Balfour.

The actor — known for his roles on 24, Six Feet Under and Haven — welcomed a baby boy with his wife Erin on Thursday, Aug. 2, PEOPLE confirms.

Son Oliver Lion Balfour arrived at 11:10 a.m. in Santa Monica, California, weighing 7 lbs., 6 oz.

“This is the most amazing day of our lives and couldn’t be happier to welcome this perfect being into the world,” says Balfour, 41, of his son.

The spouses’ new baby boy joins “big sister” Coconut, Balfour and Eric’s rescue dalmatian.

In late June, Balfour posted a photo of Erin and Coconut listening intently to an instructor teaching them how to secure a baby for travel.

The actress, who turns 36 later this month, and husband Cole Maness have welcomed their second child, a daughter named Polly Maness, on Friday, Aug. 10.

“It happened! It happened this morning. And it will go down in family history because baby girl’s own, incredible Dad delivered her all by himself,” Christensen announced on Instagram along with the photo of her cradling her newborn alongside husband Cole.

“My fault entirely as I didn’t know she would come so quickly and didn’t call the doc until far too late. He came straight over and arrived about one minute after she joined us in the world. Haha! My Mom too,” the new mom said.

“You should’ve seen their faces when they walked in to hear her little wail. … So epic. 9:21 a.m. (we think) at 7 lbs. 8 oz. (we think). Doc didn’t have time to grab the baby scale in his rush. Meet Ms. Polly. She’s chubby-cheeked and rosy and so beautiful,” Christensen shared.

Parenthood alum Christensen revealed in May that she and Maness — who are also parents to daughter Shane, 2 – were expecting their second child, sharing two photos of herself in an Instagram post.

In June, Christensen accidentally let it slip that she was expecting a girl while speaking to reporters at the Max Mara Celebration for Alexandra Shipp, 2018 Women in Film Max Mara Face of the Future Award Recipient.

After teasing that she knew the baby’s sex but wasn’t going to reveal it just yet — “It’s fun to have secrets,” she said — Christensen let her guard down while talking about her daughter Shane becoming a big sister.

“She seems to grasp . My mom got her a T-shirt that says, ‘Big sister.’ She seems to grasp that there’s a baby in here. She’s giving the baby some kisses. Hopefully the little one will learn a lot from her sister,” the star shared, realizing that she had unintentionally announced she was having another girl. “Oh, well, there you go.”

It sure “Feels Like a Party” — LOCASH’s Preston Brust is now a father of two!

The musician and wife Kristen welcomed son Legend Wilde Brust on Friday, Aug. 10 in Nashville, the band’s rep confirms to PEOPLE exclusively. Arriving at 6:39 p.m., baby boy weighed in at 8 lbs., 1 oz. and measured 19 inches long. He joins 2½-year-old big sister Love Lily at home.

“…and just like that, our hearts have opened up in all new ways,” Brust tells PEOPLE. “Every map in life needs a Legend. We’re so blessed.”

A rep for LOCASH tells PEOPLE baby Legend arrived a bit earlier than expected, making for some delivery drama. The band — who released their new single “Feels Like a Party” on Friday — was scheduled to perform in Ohio that night when Brust got the call his wife was going into labor. One canceled show and a number of flights later, he arrived back to Nashville just in time to make it into the delivery room with Kristen.

The couple announced their pregnancy in April with a sweet family photo.

“With full hearts, we’re excited to announce we have a new roommate movin’ in this #August!” the singer-songwriter wrote on Instagram.

The new addition comes after the couple shared their emotional and heartbreaking miscarriage with the world in 2017. Kristen wrote in her blog that she learned there were complications with her pregnancy at an ultrasound nine weeks into her pregnancy.

“Having a daughter, almost 1 year old, we knew what the screen would show and we were prepared to fall in love all over,” she wrote, adding that instead they were confronted with “a tiny glimpse of something, but not developed enough to make out head from sweet little tail.”

Ten days later, a second ultrasound confirmed that the couple was entering a chapter which Kristen called “wait to lose.”

On Jan. 17, “God took our baby. Twenty short days after our first ultrasound,” Kristen wrote on her blog. “The greatest lesson in all of this is about empowering yourself to recover. That you need to heal.”

She added that it is important for women who have suffered miscarriages to remember they are not alone, writing, “Remember this, this one in three walks with you. I am one in three. I have lost. I am one.”

Kristen has been public with her appreciation for her musician husband’s attentiveness to their daughter.

Legend is a lucky boy!

Chanel Iman is a mom!

The supermodel, 27, and her husband, New York Giants wide receiver Sterling Shepard announced they welcomed their first child, a baby girl named Cali Clay Shepard on Friday, Aug. 10.

Iman broke the news on Instagram, posting photos of the new family of three in her hospital bed.

“You were worth every push every contraction!” wrote Iman. “Welcome to our world @caliclayshepard  Love mommy and daddy @sterl_shep3.”

“Everything I do is for you two. My world!” Sterling, 24, captioned the same image on his account.

In a second post, Iman shared Cali’s birthday. The baby girl already has her own Instagram handle as well, Iman revealed.

The couple, who shared the sex of their child at their baby show in June, announced their pregnancy in May, two months after they tied the knot in a luxe Beverly Hills wedding in March.

In addition to sharing photos of her baby bump and celebrating impending motherhood, Iman previously told PEOPLE that “my pregnancy has been amazing.”

“I’m just super anxious to meet my baby,” she said and added that “the first term actually was very difficult” and that she “was super sick.”

Meanwhile, Shepard has been looking forward to fatherhood, even asking his coach about getting time off for his daughter’s birth.

“He was like, ‘We’ll see if we can get you a day off or something,’ ” he told the New York Post in June of becoming a first-time father. “I don’t want to be away from the guys, but that type of stuff, you have to be there for that.”

Shepard added, “I’m super excited about it. On game days, I see guys … they have their babies down there, and it’s a warm feeling when you see that. I’m looking forward to it … I can’t wait.”

A 23-year-old mother drew both praise and criticism from the Internet last month when she shared an honest Instagram post about her struggles as a young mother. Despite the backlash, the mom of two says she’s glad she spoke out in hopes that women everywhere would be empowered to speak their truths too.

“I really thought, ‘Maybe this will help somebody,’ ” Olivyah Bowens, a Baltimore-born virtual doula who now lives in Puerto Rico, tells PEOPLE of her viral post. “I didn’t know what I was going through back when I had my first child. I didn’t know how to express it. So, I thought maybe there’s another mother who is experiencing this and she doesn’t know what it is.”

On July 29, Bowens shared a photo of herself sporting a tired expression as her daughter, 2-year-old Ozara, is shown crying. She began the lengthy post simply: “No one teaches you how to love a child you didn’t plan to have.” She opened up about her time as a new mom, in which she worried about how she and her husband, 24-year-old Toddrick Bowens, would care for the little girl.

No one teaches you how to love a child you didn't plan to have. No one shows you how to traverse the emotional complexity of loving a child you weren't happy about being pregnant with. It's even more difficult at those times when they're having tantrums and pushing you to a point of emotional exhaustion. … It's confusing. When the same people who told you that you pretty much ruined your life are smiling ear to ear at your baby shower a few months later. It's hard.. Looking at a beautiful baby and being bogged down by the thoughts of how you will take care of them and how much life will change. It's so easy.. To project the pain of your wounded inner child onto your baby. It is the lethal cycle of undealth with trauma. … This stage of motherhood has forced me to look at my reflection in my daughter's eyes and realize that no I don't enjoy being a mother all the time, but this child has been the catalyst for major growth. She is the mirror that allows me to look into my past and see the fears still controlling me now. … When we heal our deepest pains we are speaking to our ancestors across the space time illusion and holding a cross-generational conversation within our dna that heals old wounds and rectifies long lost problems. Motherhood hasn't just healed me it's healed the mother's that came before me. … The reality is I don't want to be a mother everyday. I don't want to feel held back from chasing my dreams and goals. I don't want to be exhausted. “The first year, it was difficult because I was finishing my degree, which meant I’d stay up and nurse and change diapers. Then I’d spend the day doing homework. There was definitely a layer of difficulty as far as managing my time and my energy,” Bowens tells PEOPLE. “There were points where I felt like I needed space from my baby, because I was with her every single day.

“I wasn’t getting that much of a break. There were definitely times … it was hard to attach because I was frustrated and so tired.”

Bowens encouraged mothers going through unplanned pregnancy to keep their heads high, as she candidly declared, “The reality is I don’t want to be a mother every day. I don’t want to feel held back from chasing my dreams and goals.” As the post made its way around the Internet, many social media users weighed in, with some criticizing Bowens for her words. One Instagram user called Bowens “selfish” and another declared, “Why didn’t you consider adoption? No I don’t agree with nor do I feel empathy for you!”

Bowens became pregnant at 21 years old and, although she and Toddrick (who have been together for 10 years) had always wanted children, the pregnancy came as a surprise.

Bowens says she struggled with feelings of guilt and shame due to becoming pregnant before “the right time.” After Ozara, she and Toddrick welcomed another daughter, 10-month-old Oniyah.

Bowens says it was difficult for her to see people accuse her of not loving her children. But, she says, she knew her words wouldn’t go over too well with some.

“I was not expecting the amount of negative comments … It wasn’t shocking because of what I said. It’s my truth. There were two types of comments that really frustrated me. One was in reference to the idea that I’m a single mother and I’m bitter. That’s just not factual. My partner does so much to support me … I didn’t like him being misrepresented,” she tells PEOPLE.

“The other comment that was hurtful was people saying I’m a bad mother or that I don’t love my child. That was hurtful on one end, but on the other, it was frustrating. I never said I didn’t love my child, I said it was a process to learn to love. I believe love is an action, it’s not just about butterflies in your belly.”

The Instagram post has amassed more than 12,000 likes and nearly 2,000 comments. Her story was widely reported, and many gave their input on the mother’s words. Still, Bowens says she doesn’t regret penning the poignant post.

“I’m definitely glad I did it. Because I know for every negative comment there was somebody who got something from it. I’ve had so many people send me messages, like, ‘This is something I’ve always wanted to say but could never say it.’ A couple people said their boyfriend or their husband saw the post and they sent it to their wife or their girlfriends. That made me feel really happy.”

Bowens says she never expected her post to garner so much attention, but she’s learned a major lesson from the ordeal.

“I’m glad I went against my fear and posted it. I’ve learned that a message is gonna reach exactly who it needs to reach. When you’re putting something out on the Internet, everybody may not love it, or understand it. But even if it reaches one or two people, that’s still important. It’s helping those people.”

As Jinger (Duggar) Vuolo prepared to welcome her baby girl into the world, the mama-to-be prioritized safety as she readied for her due date.

Last month, Jinger, 24, and her husband Jeremy Vuolo welcomed their first child, daughter Felicity Nicole Vuolo, into the world, and on Monday’s Counting On episode, audiences watched as the couple became parents.

Ahead of the birth, Jinger and Jeremy, 30, had an appointment at a birthing center, where they met with their midwife, Alisa, to discuss the upcoming delivery.

“We had an appointment last week and my doctor and midwife both thought that it would be best to get things rolling at this point just because my sisters have had such huge babies that they thought it’d be better if I kind of went closer to my due date,” Jinger said. “They want to induce me, so we’re taking all of our bags with us today and the baby car seat, and so it’s pretty crazy thinking that I’m just days away from being a mom and actually having the baby in my hands.”

To help her body ready for the delivery, Jinger was walking three miles a day and doing over 100 squats.

“So she’s been doing what we like to call natural nudging,” Alisa explained. “Jinger has been taking some herbs to help her body get ready and she’s been walking and she’s been doing things to help the baby get into a good position.”

Alisa added, “Based on the family history, some of the sisters have had a little bit of a harder time with bigger babies. Jinger, Jeremy and I have talked at length about trying to see if we can keep this baby’s size a little bit smaller and maybe seeing if this baby could come closer to the due date instead of going a week or two over, which is typical for the Duggar women.”

Following the appointment, Jinger said that her plan was “to continue tonight with more herbs, walking and if things move along, then just going to the hospital I think and starting some inducing.”

While some of Jinger’s sisters had home births, she and Jeremy opted for a hospital birth — a decision she said put her “at ease.”

“Some of my sisters have been through a bit of a tough time with labor and delivery, so I have decided just to go ahead and switch to the hospital. I think that just kind of just puts me at ease knowing, okay, if I need anything, it’s here,” she said. “And I think it’ll help me be more relaxed in the long run.”

On July 17, Jinger was admitted into the hospital, and a day later, she started Pitocin, which is a drug that induces labor by causing or strengthening contractions.

“I started Pitocin this morning and that is to get things moving along and so from here on out, we’re just kind of waiting it out until the baby’s here,” she said.

Over the next few hours, Jinger’s contractions strengthened, but she did not fully dilate. After 18 hours in labor, Jinger was fully dilated and started pushing.

“She went from hardly any progress at all and such hard work to ready to push her baby out! She pushed for 30 minutes and had this beautiful baby,” Alisa said.

During the labor, Jinger received an epidural, and she explained of the anesthesia being administered, “So I got an epidural and I was sleeping quite well. I had some pressure and cramps and stuff, and so I wasn’t sure what was going on, but I felt pretty good considering the 12 hours of labor without that. And by the time I woke up, my nurse came in and she checked me and she’s like, ‘Wow, you’re dilated to 10!’ And I was shocked because I was like, ‘How did this happen? How did this happen? I was just sleeping!’ They had me rotating every 30 minutes and I think all those things really helped.”

“When it was time to push, it seemed like everything just went so fast,” she said. “It was really, really good. It wasn’t what I expected it to be, of course because I had an epidural. I was expecting a lot more difficulty with that, but I was grateful, everything went really quick.”

At 4:37 a.m. on July 19, Jinger and Jeremy welcomed baby Felicity. She weighed 8 lbs. and 3 oz. and was 19.5 inches long. Multiple family members were present, including Jeremy’s parents, Michelle Duggar, Jana Duggar, and a surprise visit from Jessa (Duggar) Seewald, Ben Seewald and their two sons, Spurgeon and Henry.

In a statement to PEOPLE following the birth, Jeremy said, “God is so kind. Both mom and baby are healthy, doing great, and resting well. We are very thankful for her safe arrival and look forward to life as parents!”

July 9 marked a very special day for 4-year-old Jeremiah Dickerson. Just moments after being officially adopted by Jordan and Cole Dickerson, the energetic boy broke the exciting news to the world that he’s going to be a big brother.

“It was very exciting and thrilling. It was a long time coming for to happen so we were high on emotions,” Cole, 28, tells PEOPLE. “We were ecstatic to finally make it official. He was excited about it, as much as a 4-year-old could grasp. He was like, ‘We’re already family!’ ”

In a sweet photo from the big day, Jeremiah is shown sporting a big smile alongside his parents as he held a sign that read: “TODAY I BECAME A DICKERSON UP NEXT… BIG BROTHER.” Other shots showed the little boy climbing on Cole and Jordan, and one featured the parents planting a kiss on his cheeks.

“We thought it would be a fun thing to do to say, ‘Hey, Jeremiah’s a part of the family. And we’re adding on even more to the family,’ ” Cole, of Memphis, Tennessee, tells PEOPLE.

Jordan first met Jeremiah last winter after he was admitted to the Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital in Memphis where she works as a nurse. Born prematurely, Jeremiah has a series of medical issues, including chronic lung disease. He had a tracheotomy and briefly used a feeding tube.

Still, during his time at the hospital, he couldn’t help but capture the hearts of everyone around him, especially Jordan.

“Jordan started to fall in love with him. She told me about this little boy that smiled all the time and danced and was so much fun and they just connected,” Cole recalls. “We were both on the same page, like, ‘Let’s do this! This little boy is up here, you’re falling in love with him and I want to meet him.’ So I met him and I fell in love with him too.”

With that, the couple took Jeremiah in as foster parents and, after a year, were able to officially adopt him.

“He’s an energetic 4-year-old boy, through and through. Most of the time he’s happy, he’s full pedal to the metal ready to go!” Cole says of Jeremiah. “He wants to go sing, he wants to go dance, he wants to play inside. His smile lights up the room. Those pictures describe how he is. He was very happy that day.”

And Cole says Jeremiah is even happier about becoming a big brother. He tells PEOPLE that it was the 4-year-old who predicted the pregnancy.

“Jeremiah one night was praying and was like, ‘Thank you, God, for my mommy and my daddy. Thank you for my baby sister in a couple of weeks,’ ” Cole recalls to PEOPLE. “We were like, ‘What did he just say?’ Three or four weeks later, Jordan surprised me one night and said, ‘I just took a pregnancy test and it’s positive.’ ”

The couple learned of the pregnancy in May, weeks after Jeremiah’s prayer. Now, Cole says the little boy can’t wait to meet new sister, who is due in January.

“When we told him, he said, ‘I knew it!’ He says, ‘I can’t wait to teach her to play basketball and baseball, and dance and sing,’ ” he says. “He wants to teach her to do everything that he likes to do.’ “
