Vanessa Carlton is a mom!

The singer and her husband John McCauley welcomed a daughter on Tuesday, Jan. 13, the couple announced via social media.

“Sidney Aoibheann Carlton-McCauley was born yesterday at 1:42 p.m., weighing in at 8 lbs., 1 oz.,” Carlton posted on Instagram, sharing a photo of herself and baby.

“Sid the Kid, whoa!!!” the Deer Tick singer-songwriter captioned an Instagram photo with his daughter in the operating room.

“Thanks for all the sweet wishes on our daughter. She’s the quiet observer. We are in for it,” the new mom Tweeted.

In the days leading up to the delivery, Carlton, 34 — who confirmed her pregnancy in June — admitted she was ready for her daughter’s big debut.

“10 months pregnant & honestly dreaming of the moment I can start this cause I’m officially waddling,” the musician Tweeted, along with a photo of one of Tracy Anderson‘s postpartum workout DVD.

But there were plenty of pregnancy perks that Carlton enjoyed — like taking a taxi without having to wait.

“It took being mega pregnant for someone to give up their cab in NYC but nevertheless it was as sweet as I dreamed it would be,” she joked on Twitter.

Sonequa Martin-Green is a mom!

The Walking Dead star welcomed her first child with her husband, actor Kenric Green, on Saturday, Jan. 10, her rep confirms to PEOPLE exclusively.

Son Kenric Justin Green II was born in Los Angeles, weighing 8 lbs., 4 oz.

“We thank God for this incredible blessing,” the proud new parents tell PEOPLE. “We are overjoyed. He’s the coolest little man ever.”

The actress — who spent the final weeks of her pregnancy snapping selfies of her growing belly — announced in September that there was a baby on the way.

“Kenric and I are beyond excited!” she told PEOPLE at the time.

Onscreen, Martin-Green’s character, Sasha, is preparing to set out on her own adventure when the show returns from its winter break on Feb. 8.

Everything is coming up roses for Renee Oteri Maynard: she’s a mom again!

The former Bachelor contestant welcomed her second child at 6:16 a.m. on Thursday, Jan. 15, she confirms to PEOPLE exclusively.

Already mom to 9-year-old Ben, son Jax Bracy is Oteri’s first child with husband Bracy Maynard.

“We are all doing so great! Jax has the cutest little 10 fingers, 10 toes — and the sweetest little nose,” the new mom tells PEOPLE of her baby boy, who weighed 7 lb., 3 oz. and measured 21 inches long.

“He’s such a blessing!! We are so in love. Ben is, without question, the proudest big brother ever.”

Although “labor was tough this go,” Oteri says it was “worth every second. Bracy was amazing during labor — couldn’t have done it without his jokes, his love and incredible support.”

The proud new mama took to Instagram to share the first photo of her baby boy. “Maynard party of 4. Happy Birthday Jax! 7lbs 3oz of cuteness beyond cuteness. So in love,” Oteri captioned a sweet snapshot of her cuddling her sleeping newborn.

Shortly after they tied the knot, Oteri announced in July that she and Maynard were expecting a baby. “Bracy is already paranoid — always checking in and making sure I’m okay,” she told PEOPLE.

During an August gender reveal party, big brother Ben got his wish when the happy couple used party poppers to announce there was a baby boy on the way.

“Ben was really hoping for a brother and he got it!” Oteri, who recently competed on The Taste, told PEOPLE. “He can’t wait to teach this new little guy how to play baseball and show him all his creations on Minecraft.”

But Oteri — who got some belly love from Bachelorette Desiree Hartsock — and Maynard are already planning another pregnancy.

“We’re going to go ahead for round three,” the mom-to-be told PEOPLE in December.

It’s a girl!

Ali Larter and Hayes MacArthur are parents for the second time after welcoming a daughter on Thursday, Jan. 15, the actress announced on her website Monday.

“We couldn’t be more excited to share news of the arrival of Vivienne Margaret MacArthur,” the Legends star wrote alongside a photo of the newborn snapped by Dad.

“She came bearing gifts for her brother: Batman sheets and lots of gummy bears!!! 7.5 lbs. of love.”

Vivienne joins the couple’s 4-year-old son, Theodore Hayes, at home.

Larter, 38, held off on announcing her pregnancy until she could get a little help from friend Jimmy Fallon.

“[Three years ago] I came on and I was pregnant and it went so well, and I said to my husband, ‘I’m going on Fallon, you know what that means — gotta get pregnant!'” she joked during her August appearance.

And although the sibling bond seemed to be off to a good start — Larter shared that her son was looking forward to watching Batman with the new baby — the mom-to-be later joked she had resorted to winning over the soon-to-be big brother with a few treats.

“I’ve started giving him presents from his little baby brother or sister,” the actress told PEOPLE. “We’re definitely working him, bribing him, whatever we have to do to make sure he doesn’t sneak into that crib and dangle that baby by its feet.”

It’s set to be a busy year for the couple — Larter’s show was recently renewed for a second season, while MacArthur will be a regular on the upcoming TBS comedy Angie Tribeca.

Paulina Gretzky and her pro golfer fiancé Dustin Johnson are new parents.

The bikini model and aspiring actress, 26, the daughter of hockey great Wayne Gretzky, gave birth to their first child on Monday, Jan. 19, the couple confirm to PEOPLE.

“Paulina and I are happy to announce the arrival of our baby boy, who was born in Los Angeles on Monday morning,” Johnson, 30, says in a statement.

“Both Paulina and the baby are healthy, resting comfortably and in great spirits.”

More specifics about their new little one are forthcoming, Johnson adds. “We sincerely appreciate the outpouring of love and support we have received and plan to release further details in the coming days!”

The couple — who were engaged in August 2013 — announced the pregnancy in September. While wishing her followers a happy holiday in December, Gretzky revealed the sex of her baby on the way.

“Merry Christmas everyone!! Ps … we’re having a BOY,” she captioned a family photo on Instagram.

Boy meets baby!

Boy Meets World star Rider Strong and wife Alexandra Baretto welcomed their first child, son Indigo “Indy” Baretto Strong on Sunday, Dec. 28, a rep for the actor confirms to PEOPLE.

The new dad, 35, wed his “partner-in-crime” Baretto, 39, in October 2013 and successfully kept Barretto’s pregnancy completely under wraps.

Strong — who played bad boy Shawn Hunter on the ABC sitcom and has reprised his role on the Disney Channel’s Girl Meets World — and Barreto met as costars on the short-lived WB series Pepper Dennis in 2006.

They continued working together on the horror film Tooth and Nail later that year.

Cobie Smulders‘s baby has met its mama!

The actress and her husband, Saturday Night Live star Taran Killam, recently welcomed their second child, PEOPLE confirms.

The new addition joins big sister Shaelyn Cado, 5½, whom the couple, both 32, welcomed in 2009.

Smulders casually broke the news this week while promoting two new movies at the Sundance Film Festival in Park City, Utah.

“I’m in Sundance and I have a three week old baby, so I can certainly relate,” the actress told Bustle of Unexpected, in which she plays a teacher who finds herself pregnant and forming a friendship with her high school student, who is also expecting.

“It’s my world at the moment, and it’s just so prevalent in the world today. I’m very lucky where I have a great career and a huge support system and not every woman has that. It’s an interesting film because it shows both of those sides.”

Although they used “a lot of fake bellies” on set, her second pregnancy coincided with the shooting for the film. “It was easy to pull sense memory for a lot of the stuff,” Smulders, whose onscreen ultrasound is her baby’s personal sonogram, told Entertainment Weekly in December.

The odds were in his favor: It’s a boy!

Hunger Games star Stanley Tucci welcomed his fourth child, a son, on Sunday, Jan. 25 in London, his rep confirms to PEOPLE exclusively.

Matteo Oliver Tucci is the actor’s first child with wife Felicity Blunt. He is also dad to daughter Camilla, 12, and twins Nicolo and Isabel, 14.

“I believe he is mine. We are all thrilled to welcome him to this cold, cruel world,” Tucci, 54, jokes to PEOPLE.

All kidding aside, the new dad adds, “We are all thrilled that he is here and healthy.”

In October, a source confirmed to PEOPLE that the Fortitude star and Blunt, a literary agent — and the sister of actress (and new mom!) Emily Blunt — were expecting a baby together.

Shakira‘s future soccer team just gained a new member.

The singer welcomed her second son with longtime love Gerard Piqué on Thursday Jan. 29, she announced on her website.

Joining 2-year-old big brother Milan, the couple’s newborn baby boy, Sasha Piqué Mebarak, was born at 9:54 p.m. in Barcelona.

“The name Sasha is of Greek and Russian descent and means ‘defender of mankind’ and ‘warrior,'” the birth announcement reads. “The hospital confirmed that both mother and child are in excellent health.”

Following weeks of pregnancy rumors, the “Hips Don’t Lie” singer, 37, confirmed she and her FC Barcelona soccer player boyfriend were expanding their family.

“Yes, we are expecting our second baby!! Thank you for all your well wishes,” she shared on Facebook in August.

The mom-to-be and Piqué managed to keep the sex of their second child a secret — until Shakira’s parents spilled the beans while visiting the future family of four in Spain. “Yes, another little boy. A playmate for Milan,” they told Hola! magazine.

His team may not be going to the Super Bowl, but Eli Manning still has plenty to celebrate: He’s a dad again!

The New York Giants quarterback and his wife Abby welcomed their third child, daughter Caroline Olivia, on Thursday, Jan. 29, the New York Post reports.

Now that the couple — already parents to daughters Lucy Thomas, 19 months, and Ava Frances, 3½ — have added another baby girl to their family, Manning, who grew up with brothers, continues to be outnumbered at home.

“My wife has two sisters, then her mom comes and then it’s six on one,” the football star, 34, told PEOPLE in June.

But he isn’t complaining; Manning has completely embraced life with his little ladies.

“I’m enjoying every moment of it and being with them,” he said. “Some of the things they say and do catch me by surprise and give me a good laugh.”

Chris O’Dowd is officially part of the dad crowd.

The actor welcomed his first child, a boy, with his wife, writer and TV host Dawn O’Porter, on Sunday, Jan. 25, her rep confirms to PEOPLE.

“It’s a boy! [Dawn] & I would like to introduce Art, our gorgeous baby. Well, I’m pretty sure he’s ours,” O’Dowd joked via Twitter, sharing a mashup photo of a baby sporting his beard and his wife’s haircut.

Added O’Porter, “Thanks all. He is one week old today. It’s been a beautiful week. I think we’ll definitely keep him.”

O’Dowd, 35 — who wed O’Porter, 36, in August 2012 — announced his wife’s pregnancy while participating in the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge in August. After being showered with the cold splash, the dad-to-be nominated his unborn baby — a challenge completed when O’Porter poured water on her belly.

Known for his roles in Bridesmaids and on The IT Crowd, O’Dowd is currently appearing in St. Vincent and will next star in Icon, scheduled for release in August. His first children’s book, Moone Boy: The Blunder Years, based on the TV series, will be released in the U.S. in May.

This just in: It’s a girl!

The Today show’s Jenna Wolfe and partner Stephanie Gosk, an NBC foreign correspondent, welcomed daughter Quinn Lily on Wednesday, Feb. 4, they announced on Twitter.

Arriving at 4:06 p.m., the baby girl weighed in at 6 lbs., 12 oz.

“It’s time!!!” Wolfe, 40, Tweeted before little Quinn’s arrival, before adding, “This little one’s as stubborn as her mama (me)…. Apparently she’s going to come out when she’s good and ready.”

The baby girl joins big sis Harper Estelle, 17 months. The journalists revealed they were expecting another child on Today in August, when Gosk, 42, Skyped in from Tel Aviv to break the happy news.

There’s a new arrival in the Amazing Race family!

Jennifer Hoffman Fowler, who won the million-dollar prize with sister LaKisha in 2011, gave birth to a son, Logan Ryan Fowler, on Thursday, Jan. 15, she confirms to PEOPLE.

He weighed in at 7 lbs., 13 oz., and was 20 inches long.

“The nausea and sickness were all worth it to have our baby boy born healthy,” Fowler tells PEOPLE exclusively.

Logan’s birth is the latest happy milestone in Fowler’s life. After winning the Amazing Race, Fowler — who was then known as Jennifer Hoffman — got engaged to boyfriend Ryan Fowler. Daughter Nylah Mackenzie was born in 2012. The following year, the couple wed in a sunset ceremony.

Now the mother of two, Fowler can’t contain her happiness. “Nylah has been a big helper and the best big sister we as parents could ask for,” she says. “My husband and I are over the moon in love with our baby boy!”

Beverley Mitchell is in heaven!

The actress and her husband, Michael Cameron, welcomed their second child, son Hutton Michael Cameron, on Wednesday, Jan. 28, her rep confirms to PEOPLE.

“Kenzie is proud to announce the arrival of her sweet baby brother,” Mitchell, 34, announced Tuesday on social media..

“Thank you for all the love and well wishes!”

Although the couple are already parents to 22-month-old daughter Kenzie Lynne, Mitchell — who announced her pregnancy in September — admitted she was “terrified” after discovering her baby on the way was a boy.

“I’ve got the girl thing down. Little boys pee on everything!” she told PEOPLE in December.

But the mom-to-be wasn’t the only one nervous about their upcoming addition.

“I think both of us are a little scared and we have no idea what we’re getting ourselves into,” she said of her husband. “[But] we’re a good team and we can pretty much manage anything that comes our way.”

Liv Tyler is a mom again!

The Leftovers star and her boyfriend, sports manager/agent David Gardner, welcomed a son on Wednesday, Feb. 11, her rep confirms exclusively to PEOPLE.

“He’s healthy and everyone is very happy,” the rep says, although a source tells PEOPLE the baby boy was six weeks early and will need to remain in the hospital for some time.

The baby boy joins big brothers Milo, 10, and Gray, 7, the couple’s children from previous marriages.

Since confirming in September that she was expecting her second child, Tyler, 37, has been posting photos of her growing baby bump on Instagram.

“The most fun thing about being pregnant is having those mom hormones flowing around,” she told Town & Country. “You’re more present in your body, and it’s making me a better mother for Milo.”

Zack Morris might just be gearing up for daddy duty, but Mark-Paul Gosselaar is now a father of four!

The actor welcomed his fourth child, daughter Lachlyn Hope, on the night of Tuesday, Feb. 17, his rep confirms to PEOPLE.

“So in love with our new baby girl,” Gosselaar, 40, Tweeted Wednesday. “Mum and baby are healthy and happy. 2 boys, 2 girls, too perfect!”

The newborn is Gosselaar’s second child with wife Catriona McGinn, with whom he also has 16-month-old son Dekker Edward. He is also dad to daughter Ava Lorenn, 8, and son Michael Charles, 10, from his previous marriage.

In lieu of an official pregnancy announcement, Gosselaar — who recently reunited with his Saved by the Bell cast for a skit on the Tonight Show — let his wife’s baby belly do the talking when the couple stepped out for an event in December.

“It’s something we’re really excited about and we’ve been planning for awhile,” he told PEOPLE at the time. “I love big families. There’s nothing better than a happy child.”

Nashville has inspired much more than Eric Church‘s music career!

The country singer welcomed his second child, son Tennessee Hawkins Church, with wife Katherine on Sunday, Feb. 15, he announced via Facebook on Thursday.

Baby boy, whom the couple plan to call Hawk, weighed 6 lbs., 12 oz., and is 21 inches long.

“I’m thrilled that Hawk and his mom are doing well,” Church, 37, writes. “We aren’t sleeping very much, but we are enjoying every part of this incredible journey. I’m very blessed and thankful.”

Church — who announced the pregnancy by tweaking the lyrics to a song during a concert in September — and his wife are already parents to 3-year-old son Boone McCoy.

The birth of his second child comes in the midst of an exciting time for Church: Not only did he recently perform at the Grammys, but he is nominated for four Academy of Country Music Awards in April, including male vocalist of the year and album of the year for The Outsiders.

She’s finally here!

Leonor Varela welcomed her second child, a daughter, with producer Lucas Akoskin on Wednesday, Feb. 25 in Santa Monica, California, her rep confirms to PEOPLE.com.

“We are deeply grateful for the arrival of our daughter, Luna Mae Akosin, to our family,” she tells PEOPLE. “Her 8 lbs., 11 oz. of pure love have made us very proud parents for the second time.”

“Feeling so blessed this angel just landed in our arms. Welcome to the family Luna Mae!” Varela, 42, announced on Instagram, sharing a black-and-white snapshot of the two snuggling.

Varela, known for her former role on Dallas, and Akoskin are also parents to 2-year-old son Matteo.

The actress, whose due date was last Friday, had been spending the past few days determined to jumpstart her daughter’s delivery.

“What have I not done to try and get her to come out!” Varela, who announced her pregnancy in September, joked on Instagram.

Sharing photos of herself walking (and jumping!) on the beach, the expectant mom wrote, “Walk walk walk and then hopefully something will happen right?”

There’s a whole lot to talk about: Sara Gilbert‘s baby is here!

The Talk co-host welcomed a son with her wife, musician Linda Perry, on Saturday, Feb. 28, it was announced on Monday’s show.

Son Rhodes Emilio Gilbert Perry is the actress’s first child with Perry. Gilbert is also mom to daughter Sawyer, 7½, and son Levi, 10, from her previous relationship.

“Our very own Sara and her wife Linda are the proud parents of a new baby boy and both mother and child are doing well,” co-host Julie Chen said.

During a week that pushed the co-hosts to face their fears on the talk show in September, Gilbert, 40, was forced to back out of lying on a bed of nails.

“I actually can’t do it, because I’m pregnant,” she said before tearing up. “I feel good, I feel really good … at first I was really tired.”

Carrie Underwood is blown away: She’s a mom!

The country singer welcomed her first child, a son, with husband Mike Fisher on Friday, Feb. 27, Underwood announced Tuesday on Facebook.

“Tiny hands and tiny feet … God has blessed us with an amazing gift! Isaiah Michael Fisher — born February 27,” the first-time mom captioned a sneak peek of her newborn.

Underwood, 31, used the family’s furry members — and pink and blue t-shirts — to announce her pregnancy in September.

“In honor of ‘Labor’ Day, Ace & Penny would like to make an announcement. Their parents couldn’t be happier,” the mom-to-be, who debuted her baby belly days later, captioned the photo.

But it was fellow country star Brad Paisley who spilled on the beans on the sex of her baby on the way. “We could name him Garth,” he joked at the CMAs in November.

Despite Paisley’s very public announcement, Underwood and the Nashville Predators hockey player made sure to keep their own reveal more private. “[It was] just the two of us in a nicer setting, but we both knew,” she said. “So, that was just confirming our suspicions. We didn’t really speak of it before because we were both just like, ‘Whatever. It’s all good.’ But we knew it was a boy.”

With weeks to go until her first child’s arrival, Underwood — who turned to using her baby bump as a snack tray — admitted she and Fisher were still working on a baby name.

“We need to lock that down here pretty soon,” she told PEOPLE in February. “We joke a lot about funny things that go with Fisher, but there’s not some family name that I have had to be like, ‘No! That’s terrible!’ ”

As for Fisher, 34, his focus was preparing for his future as a father. “It’s something we’re really looking forward to. I’m just thinking about wanting to be the best dad I can be,” he said.
